Playoffs Conference Semi-Finals Recap

The second round of the 2026 NBA playoffs is over.
Here's what happened:
Western Conference
The Oklahoma City Thunder swept the Los Angeles Lakers, winning the series 4-0.
The standout player for the Thunder during this series was Ajay Mitchell, who averaged 23 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals, while making 56% of his shots.
The San Antonio Spurs won the series against the Minnesota Timberwolves 4-2.
Victor Wembanyama had a strong series, averaging 20 points, 12 rebounds, 4 blocks, and 3 assists.
The Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs will now face each other in the Western Conference Finals.
Eastern Conference
The New York Knicks swept the Philadelphia 76ers, winning the series 4-0.
As usual, the best player for the Knicks in the series was Jalen Brunson. He averaged 29 points, 6 assists, and 3 rebounds while making 51% of his shots.
Karl-Anthony Towns also had a big impact, averaging 16 points while becoming a primary playmaker, leading the team with almost 8 assists per game.
Miles "Deuce" McBride also had a huge game 4, stepping in for the injured OG Anunoby and scoring 25 points on 70% shooting.
The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Detroit Pistons in 7 games, winning the series 4-3.
Donovan Mitchell was the best player for the Cavs in the series, averaging 28 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists. In game 4, he shot very poorly in the 1st half and then scored record-tying 39 points in the 2nd half!
The New York Knicks and the Cleveland Cavaliers will now face each other in the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Conference Finals begin tonight!
